The new Futula system offers a seamless integration of food scales with users’ dietary health records, providing a more streamlined approach to tracking nutrition. It also supports connection with lipid scales for comprehensive weight measurement.

One notable feature is the automatic pairing of food scales, allowing weight data to be displayed directly on the app’s main page without requiring manual connection. This enhances user convenience and ensures real-time visibility of food weights during meal recording.

The platform facilitates continuous body weight tracking, contributing to a more holistic approach to health monitoring. The app is designed to support efficient and accurate input, enabling users to quickly log their dietary intake by adding data from Bluetooth-enabled food scales. We reviewed three such scales, which seamlessly synchronized with the app for daily meal tracking.

The interface also offers four measurement units (oz, g, ml water, ml milk), allowing users to adapt entries according to their preferences or regional standards. This flexibility enhances ease of use across different contexts and dietary needs.

Futula is actively developing its own health management platform aimed at promoting balanced nutrition. Recently, integration with Apple Health was enabled after obtaining necessary licensing, allowing users to view measurement data directly within the Apple Health ecosystem.
